I not only found this blog informative and heart-warming but necessary. I realized how important it is to keep the fire within ourselves and others burning. Remember though we can not spread the word ofg wellness unless we are keeping ourselves well;. If we as people who believe in WRAP do this and spread the word of WRAP we can and will touch many lives. Its true that …”in the end the love you take is equal to the love you make”. We can not just take but we must give back. Please go forth and spread the word of WRAP and wellness….Peace, Chris

Hi Every body hop you are ok, My comment is a question or a delima, I have he two facilitators who like to teach’”WRAP” and thay are both good at what they do, So my question is one wood like to teach the” WRAP” the way thay were tought witch leaves some people not understanding at all, The other wood like to teach it so that we walk them through the hole “WRAP”one section at a time untill they under stand, Known one takes about two to three month, The other may take longer. My question is how do i help and if we do the” WRAP” ether way do thay git the certificate just for attending the class weather they know there “WRAP” or not or do they have to know there “WRAP”.
